OUR BACKGROUND
Who We Are
C.M.K. Bakery Limited opened its doors in August 1992 and has been providing great products and services ever since. This unique idea originated to facilitate the expansion of Juici Patties which at the time only had five (5) locations. Two businessmen, Mr. Radcliff Knibbs and Mr. Jukie Chin ceased an opportunity by putting pen to paper and creating a franchisee company. C.M.K. Bakery was formed through an idea that was strategically executed and managed for over twenty (20) years.
Today, C.M.K. Bakery owns and operates a total of eight (8) stores in the parishes of St. Catherine, St. Ann, St. James and Westmoreland. Our flagship store are located in Linstead, St. Catherine and St. James Street, Montego Bay. Our Linstead store was established on August 10, 1992 followed by our store on St. James on November 2, 1992 which is now one of our largest stores of the eight (8) locations.

C.M.K. Bakery Limited is a separate entity from Juici Beef Limited (JBL). Here, at the Head Office, a team of dedicated and hardworking employees are responsible for managing the revenues and human capital of all eight (8) locations. We collectively join hands to ensure that there is smooth operations, excellent customer service, employee satisfaction and top tier products among all locations. C.M.K. Bakery Limited was born out of a pure passion for people and providing them with quality products. Our goals, ambitions and inspirations have come together to form a truly amazing company that all of us are proud to be a part of.
